Twisted Steel Gym is one of the best workout facilities that Mineola has seen. My husband and I have worked out in Mineola for over 30 years and this one is top notch! Everything you would need and then some. Justin put a lot of thought in the equipment he ordered and the layout of the facility. Check it out! You will not be disappointed!
Love this place the aesthetic is awesome, so much amazing equipment, no shortage of machines or free weights. There’s something for everyone here. Definitely made a good choice in switching. Got me excited to get back in there!
